Andy Waddell is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer based at PureGym Aberdeen Bedford Road, specialising in body fat reduction and strength & conditioning. With over a decade of coaching experience, he helps people in Aberdeen, Old Aberdeen, Kittybrewster, and the surrounding areas transform their bodies and rebuild their confidence through sustainable, proven training.

That depends on your goals, schedule, and budget. Some clients train once a week and do the rest of the work independently with guidance. Others train 2-3 times a week for accountability and technique work. Andy will recommend what makes sense for you during the consultation.
Yes — sessions take place at PureGym Aberdeen Bedford Road. PureGym membership is affordable and Andy can guide you through joining if you're not already a member.
